Absences

Please telephone the school on 386 1510 if your child is to be away sick (between 8.30 am and 9.30 am). 

Your child's teacher or the Principal should be consulted if your child is to be away for any other reason.

Any unexplained absence is followed up as appropriate by the school.

If your child arrives part way through the morning please ensure the office know by signing them in using the book at the office.

If your child needs to leave school for whatever reason, with an adult, then they need to be signed out using the book at the office.

The school is responsible for children during school hours. Therefore, children may not leave school early for private reasons unless this has been discussed with the Principal or a teacher, nor are students permitted to leave the school grounds during school hours.

The safety of students is paramount.
