Parent Student Teacher Conferences 2011
May 23-27.
Please note that conferences are Parent Student Teacher conferences and we strongly encourage that students are present at them as it is their learning and progress and goals we are discussing.
Timing
Every teacher is released during the day for one day during the week. (see below for availability)
Conferences also run after school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tuesday they run from 3.20-5pm, Wednesday from 3.20-6pm and Thursday from 3.20-7pm
There are, however, some time that some teachers are not available.
Teachers
Each learning team has looked carefully at the most appropriate teacher for each student to conference with. In most cases the teacher each student has been allocated a conference time with teaches them for at least two significant curriculum areas during the school day.
These lists are up in classrooms and students have been made aware of them.

The Hataitai School code for 2011 is XSFHQ. If you enter this you will be able to follow the directions. If you do not have internet access you are welcome to call into the school office and use our internet facilities.
Please check which teacher you should be arranging a conference with before you do this.
